As a machine builder, our organization uses the cobots as part of self-developed systems. We deliver customer-specific total solutions for which everything is done in-house. Standard concepts are part of this, with the cobots playing a prominent role. These brands have been selected in such a way that Colla Robots can offer a suitable solution for practically every cobot automation issue. This means that the cobot works around and with the existing situation, communicates with it and becomes part of the whole. When a cobot is added to existing infrastructure, communication between the systems is especially important. To make this possible in all situations, the cobots have a wide range of data protocols. To make this work, Colla Robots engineers have a lot of knowledge about different operating systems and associated programming languages. This allows us to offer the cobot as an addition to your existing machine park or logistics solution.
An additional added value that Colla Robots offers is the generation, processing and presentation of data. This can be done on the HMI of a system or via a central server. Data that we process is, for example, product or production quality. This answers questions such as; what are the effective hours the system is running? At what percentage of my capacity do I produce? How many of my incoming or outgoing products are not sufficient? These products can be taken directly from the line to be processed differently. Thanks to this data you can filter on things such as product type, environmental factors, operator, times and what is important in your situation. You can then use this knowledge to increase your capacity, increase efficiency or minimize waste and idle stock.

By replacing a gripper with four bolts and selecting a different program, you can have a cobot change application in a few minutes.
